In addition, we only use high-quality materials for our production. For the German market, we enjoy exclusive rights to the renowned Miller quick change system for earth-moving machines.

Everything is done on our own premises – from planning, design and cutting to machining, shaping, assembly and painting, all of which takes place round the clock. This guarantees short construction and repair times and thus the shortest downtimes for earth-moving machines.

“Made in Germany” is a primary criterion for us, which is why Reschke Schweißtechnik GmbH is accredited according to DIN EN ISO 9001/200.

Technical advice - Planification - Product development - Construction - Service

• We apply most advanced technical equipment, i.e. an autogenous gas-cutting candylever machine equipped with a tracing unit and four autogenous torches; a CNC-controlled portal machine equipped with two autogenous torches, one plasma torch with HT2000 plasma system and two plasma marking systems.

• We dispose of 25 MAG welding stations for the completion of our products. These stations are run by highly-qualified welders, who are certified according to the EN 287-1 standard and who are subject to permanent quality control.

• CNC-run press brakes for up to 500 tons for folding lengths of up to 3600 mm.

• CNC-run plate shears for lengths of up to 4000 mm and a thickness of up to 15 mm for St52-3 steel and 8mm for Hardox400 steel.

• We provide professional treatment of bearings with diameters of 40 up to 180 mm as repairing (also “mobile” on-site) or newly constructed.
